Bio

Katie is a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer who got her start in indoor cycling when she was a student at the University of Missouri-Columbia. She loves all things food and fitness and leads by example in her energetic, addicting, and inspiring classes. When you ride with Katie, she hopes that you leave with a sense of euphoria and empowerment. It’s amazing what just one workout can do for your mind and body!
