Änna has been involved in athletics since she was 3 years old. Her knees started feeling the effects of year-round soccer when she was in high school, so her doctor suggested cycling as a way to rehabilitate and build strength safely. Once she started, she just couldn’t stop — she was all about it. As an instructor, Änna wants her riders to leave class knowing that they pushed themselves out of their comfort zones, invested in their health, and had a great time doing it. Her goal for every ride is to empower everyone to meet or exceed at least one goal they’ve set for themselves. She wants her riders to know that she’ll always be right there with them, helping them blow their fitness goals out of the water. Outside of the studio, Änna is a wife and a mom of four amazing kids. She loves working out and helping others fall in love with it, too.
